I never eat McDonald’s but my kids begged me to stop after a cross country race.I ate chicken tenders, French fries, iced tea, frozen iced coffee. I immediately while still there felt sick. I had diarrhea, nausea, fever chills. It’s been 3 days still feeling sick to my stomach.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Chills

My 2 year old son had milkshake wich we didn’t realise til after drinking was like water as we had one too but didn’t drink til he had nearly finished later that night he had stomach pains had diareah wich carried on tillbthe next day then started been sick that night s good few times  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
