Sunday July 29th - My husband and I stopped for breakfast. He had the bacon egg and cheese biscuit and I had an egg mcmuffin both had symptoms of chills nausea and diarrhea begin juju ng on Monday morning

I ate single bacon smokehouse meal on Tuesday evening 7/31. I woke up at 1:30 AM 8/1 because my stomach hurt too much and I threw up in the toilet. I think it’s the beef patty on the burger that made me sick.

Vomiting, Fever, Nausea, Diarrhea - It was just me who got sick. I ordered The Quarter Pounder Combo Meal with a sweet tea. Within an hour I had a fever, vomiting, was nauseous, and had diarrhea. Got a salad and got up in middle of the night thought I was dieing and had a temp diarrhea that was green water. Stomach has been messed up since and still sometime having issues I have had my stool checked by dr 2 times already cause I have the infection. Never again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
