One sausage and egg McMuffin with added bacon consumed at 10am, followed by a long train journey where I consumed nothing else. Symptoms started at approx 22:30 after getting off said train making it very easy to pinpoint the source of my discomfort.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

Coffee frappe. Around 3 hours after drinking it. When I went to the urgent care in the midnight, the doctor told me I was the fourth patient that night to have food poisoning symptoms, so I think I need to report it.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
