i ate Oreo mcsundee deluxe with caramel sauce, and that's the only thing i ate today, so i'm pretty sure that's what poisoned me, it looked kind of weird, just looked, and i got less ice cream than usual, maybe it was an old ice cream that was left in the ice cream machine, idk  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

Yesterday morning when we went through the drive thru I had an ice coffee that didn’t taste quite right. I drank a quarter of it and the 15 minutes later I was vomiting it up on the side of the highway. My bf got a breakfast sandwich & was in the bathroom for hours a little over an hour later.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

Ate the meal at about 1 o’clock dinner time on Thursday 14th June then at around 7 had the chills and weakness followed by heavy and persistent diorreah and vomiting. As of today I am still having water diorreah.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Weakness, Chills
