On June 3rd I bought a cheeseburger and fries. When I bit into it the meat was a breakfast sausage pattie and tasted spoiled. I ended up almost losing my kidney I was admitted. Into Baylor hospital and told. I had E. coli. I am now home on antibiotics for the next two weeks  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea

Symptoms started about 4 hrs after McDonald's. Extremely painful bloating, cramping and pressure in upper abdomen with vomiting, diarrhea, cold chills and sweats. Also a lot of belching and the only thing i could taste is the mcdonalds. Even after hrs of vomiting.
