I had 6 McNuggets, a junior chicken and a McDouble. Symptoms started shortly after, bad gas, bloating, nausea, diarrhea. Woke up in the middle of the night and stomach was super distended and in lots of pain. Some relief from Tylenol and gravol.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Gas, Bloating, Stomach Pain

6yo ate nutella sandwich for lunch, nuggets and chips for dinner. Felt ill in yummy 1.5 hr after eating and vommited up to 12 times between midnight and 6am. Very sick in the belly, hard to get my specifics from that age.  | Symptoms: Vomiting
