Ate at 8 pm last night, puked up undigested food this morning around 8 am (fries and Angus Bacon and Cheese). Also, intense, watery diarrhoea and stomach cramps as well as muscle cramps in arms and legs.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

Sunday 12/7 we stopped in after church. I got an egg Mcmuffin meal and two breakfast burritos and an ice cream con washed everything down with coffee. This is my sixth day of cramps and watery diarrhea. Low grade fever Monday and Tuesday.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Cramps

I ate 2 McGriddles. 2 hours later i developed explosive diarrhea and intractible vomiting, losing 10 L of fluid and ultimately leading to a 24 hour hospital admission due to dehydration and kidney failure.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration

I Purchased my 4 year old son a hamburger happy meal on December 13, 2017 about 4 hours later found my son threw up and unresponsive called 911 was told by the doctor at the emergency room that he had food poisoning  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
