I ate a big mac and fries for lunch on 1/3/2024. About 2 hours after eating I had a BM with great urgency. Later that evening I started to have frequent Cramps, Excessive Gas, frequent Diarrhea with mucus, and feeling that I need to still go after the bowel is empty. This has lasted 4 days so far.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Gas
