Had a sausage and egg McGriddle the previous morning. Wife had a chicken McGriddle and she didn’t get sick. Had similar food all day Saturday. Woke up in the middle of the night with severe diarrhea, stomach cramps, and nausea. Feeling worse now.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps
