Bought two sausage mcmuffins for the road. 3 hours later, I was nauseous and afterwards, I started vomiting. I had to pull over and vomit every half hour or so. It was a miserable day on the road that lasted well into the next day after I got home. Never again.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
