shrimp scampi for me and fettachini alfredo for my sister, 2 people total on two different times and I wokeup and had the worst stomach cramps for about 2 hours then i had diareah and was throwing up and same for my sister  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

Husband and I both ate chicken and gnocchi soup. He had spaghetti and meatballs and I had five cheese ziti around 5pm. By 6pm both in the bathroom with horrible gut cramps and diarrhea.
