I had Zappa Tuscana, it tasted a little off while I was eating it. Like it had been watered down or something, not how it usually tastes. I was pretty full by the time my main dish came so I didn’t really eat much of it. I got home and started feeling sick and vomited everything up.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

I had Olive Garden here in 2010. When I got home, I immediately had diarrhea and felt sick. Had dinner last night around 8pm woke up at 130am puke trying to come out my nose. throw up then had diarrhea 3 times in an hour can't go back to bed.
