After eating the shrimp scampi I got dizzy, disoriented, vomited non stop, faint, weakness, felt cold stomach cramps, headache and diarrhea I thought I was dying. Paramedics were called while at the restaurant. Went to the nearest and closest urgent care. This occurred on 03/01/23  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Weakness, Dizziness
