Went on 3/15. i had cheese stuffed shells and chicken gnocchi soup, which were the only things i ate that day. developed incredibly severe hives, fever, diarrhea, and vomiting within 12 hours. had to be hospitalized twice. i have no food allergies and have never had any food poisoning this severe.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever
