Shrimp fettuccine  Ate dinner Sunday the 9th at this place, woke up at 2am with diarrhea. Woke up at 7am with diarrhea and vomiting, lasted till 1 before I called a ambulance. Ate here and had severe stomach cramping and diarrhea. Had water and only person to drink coffee. Noticed the coffee was not fresh .

I ordered breadsticks, Alfredo dipping sauce, salad & rotini pasta with 5 cheese marinara. I was projectile vomiting in the parking lot after being at the restaurant for two hours to let my food settle. I have never been so sick in my life.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

Monday night I ordered Shrimp and Chicken Carbonara and woke up early Tuesday morning around 130am and vomited everything up. Then an hour later the diarrhea started and lasted until 3pm Tuesday.
