Had the Steak Quesadilla at 4pm. (only food I ate all day) Within 30 Minutes I had bad gas and by 5pm I had diarrhea and had to take activated charcoal so it wouldn’t get any worse. I am on the toilet now still with diarrhea at 6 PM writing this. Literally peeing out my butt.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Gas

Steak salad seemed fine, then had a really horrible, foul bite of steak, like nothing I have ever tasted before. Had to spit it out (I’ve never had to do that in my life). Felt horribly ill within ten minutes.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
