Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea,Nausea,Fever,Stomach Pain,Cramps,Chills,Headache
Suspected source: Eating undercooked chicken
Onset: 4-5 hours chills, 24 hour severe diarrhoea which lasted 14 days
