Family member became violently ill 2 hours after consuming mushroom fried rice. Eventually had to go to ER. Food quality and safety here has declined dramatically in recent weeks. Will never return.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Something else

Primal kitchen avocado mayo, I have not had this experience with this product before. I got severely ill and dehydrated and had to go to the ER. The first time I didn't know it was the mayo... but I just had it again and the same series… See more
