Between chow mein and orange chicken Ate dinner at 8 or so and then by 1130 I was throwing up everywhere stomach aches and pains and started to because nauseous and have diarrhea and its not 7pm the next night and symptoms have not improved but gotten worse  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

I had it 12/8/19, which was the only thing I had eaten all day. A few hours after eating it I ran a fever, vomiting, and severe diarrhea. I missed work 12/9/19 due to being extremely sick. It was a very horrible experience.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever
