Ate at 11:45am on Monday July 23rd. Ate a two entree plate with chow mein and 2x orange chicken. Had the most violent vomiting of my life, which tasted like raw chicken (the food did not taste raw when I ate it)  | Symptoms: Vomiting

I went to panda for my lunch break at work around 3:05 pm. I got a bowl of chow mien and orange chicken. The orange chicken tasted a bit funny. 2 hours later I got a really bad pain in my stomach, nausea, diarrhea and headache.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Headache
