Today Almost certain it's from Panda Express in Spectrum/ Irvine branch in California It was the Chow main that we both ate. Both me and my daughter are having symptoms, much more severe for my 5 yo daughter with fever of 38.8.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
