I ordered the roasted turkey, apple & cheddar sandwich on 04/21/18 around 6:30pm. Got sick within 2 hrs. Severe stomach cramps, nausea, diarrhea, vomiting.
My sister order different turkey sandwich at the same time as I did and got sick with severe stomach cramps and diarrhea within 1,5 hrs.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

I consumed a green goddess salad and 8 hours later woke up to waves of extreme cramping in my upper abdomin, followed by diarrhea for 10 hrs. Headache, low grade fever, chills and aching.
