Ate pick 2 salad and broccoli soup. Woke up at 200am with severe nausea and vomiting. Started having diarrhea yesterday and all last night. Still feel weak and tired.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness

I ate chicken lime salad Friday may 12 at 6pm. At 10pm I started vomiting until 2am. Had diarrhea all next day.,could not ear stomach is still sour. Getting fever chills off and on the whole time. Body aches all over. It hurts to stand or go to bathroom.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Body Ache
