My Brother has been very sick after eating a steak and chz breakfast sandwich from the Eastern MD Panera bread. Within 2hrs from eat he was vomiting had diarrhea and nausea. Ruining how visit with our 90 yr old parents  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

3/10/17 I had lunch at 11:50am French onion soup and Caesar salad. My friend had ceases salad and a different soup. 2 hours later 4 bathroom trip in 20 minutes with terrible diarrhea and a 5th trip with projectile vomiting and severe stomach pains.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
