After eating papa johns I immediately felt wrong but then the following afternoon I started feeling extremely ill and ended up projectile vomiting for hours with unbelievable nausea and diarrea - I had nothing else to eat within that day so I know that was it  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
