Felt completely fine this AM. Stopped in for my usual latte 1/2 latte 1/2 coffee. Within 20 minutes of sipping on it, I was throwing it up. Now I have a fever and major stomach pains too. I’m now dry heaving the remaining coffee up.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

xl three meat pizza ordered Friday April 6, 2018 just before noon. Pizza did not seem as hot as it should have been so I suspect it had been sitting. Both people who ate this pizza became sick early the following morning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
