ordered grilled chicken sandwich and when it came I started eating it. It was ok. About 13 hours later I became very nauseated. Had diarrhea and started vomiting. The vegetables on the salad bar looked wilty and stale and this was at noon.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

When I arrived the atmosphere was amazing! The service was great and the restaurant was very clean. I ordered the Mac and cheese with chicken tenders, unfortunately about two hours after I got home I started feeling nauseated and then started having diarrhea all night!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

I ate salmon from ruby tuesdays on 9/23/17 this was all I ate and woke up 7 hours after I ate here, my stomach was burning and body was really cold. I was throwing up, was on toilet for a hour and felt like I was going to die.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

we had a late dinner and approximately around four 4:30 and we ate at their salad bar and also had soup and after we left the restaurant both me and my boyfriend had very severe cramps and diarrhea after we left and we we still have stomach cramps but a little bit of bloating  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Bloating
