Around 7 pm on Sunday Sept 1,2019. By 1:30am started with horrible stomach crapping. Started bathroom trips with diarrhea over 30 trips in 8 hrs and got very weak and horrible stomach craps and headache, slipped getting into tub for shower because of weakness. Recommend by Humana… See more

June 26 2019 ordered fried shrimp and salad bar around 3:30 pm. By 4:00pm I had severe stomach cramps vomiting and diarrhea and a low fever. Lasted on and off until Friday  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

I went up to the place across from quiznos and purchased a very suspicous looking hotdog with cheese on it by an older lady. She put way too much cheese on it. When I bit into it, it was nearly warm and it still looked pink inside. I couldn't keep eating, The symptoms started after 30 hours  | Symptoms: Vomiting
