At 6:30pm 12/27/17 Matt Poxon purchased hot dog at Sam's Club. He became ill at 11:00pm. Vomiting & diahrea. At emergency room at 6am 12/28/16. After CT scan, IV, and xray, released at 11am.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
