I ordered a hot dog from the cafeteria after checking out. It was the only thing I ate. I started to feel nauseas within an hour, and I've been vomiting since then. Everytime I try to drink water I vomit again. It's been nearly 6 hrs and I've started having chills too. This is awful!  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills

I Purchase their premade chicken Parmesan On Friday 12/15/17. cooked it Monday afternoon... within 2 hours I had Nauseated, & diarrhea... a few hours later I was Vomiting. It last a little over 24 hours. Missed work on Tuesday.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Sams club pot stickers were the only thing I ate that day. 3-4 hours after doing so I developed severe chills & stomach pains. Then intense vomiting, diarrhea & fever of 101.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Stomach Pain
