I got a breadstick when I was on my break from work all of a sudden I got so nauseous. I had to leave my job and I threw up while I was driving home. I had to pull over and throw up there. Severe nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, chills, fever after eating one slice of cheese pizza. Had to go to ER and CT scan revealed colitis brought on by food poisoning. Was the only thing I ate that day.
