Yesterday I got a matcha tea latte with almond milk and a tomato and mozzarella panini and about 6 hours later I had horrible diarrhea and was vomiting on and off all night. Around 11 am today I started to feel better but still have muscle aches and a little nausea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Muscle Pain

Purchased a cheese and fruit protein box. A few hours later I start with stomach cramps and nausea and diarrhea. Chills. It was the only thing I ate or drank yesterday. Lasted for most of the day and into the evening. This morning better but sore. Classic food poisoning.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills, Soreness
