I took advantage of a free strawberry acai drink offer through Ubereats from Starbucks. I started drinking it and after a few sips and 10 to 20 minutes later, I had migraine level headache, felt nauseous and then vomited numerous times. No symptoms at all
Second meal half of mozarella pesto tomatoe sandwixh at 12 pm at pret
No symptoms

Bojangles had chicken and Mac and cheese at 5 pm

Started feeling sick at 7:30 pm  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
