Sunday 10.22.23 Ate grill cheese and mint tea. About minutes later pain in upper intestine

Every time I drink a mango dragonfruit from any location. I have diarrhea, headache, nausea, and chest pain. This is at all San Antonio locations. I thought these symptoms were the cause of something else and after visiting the ER I was cleared for any underlying causes.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Headache, Chest Pain
