Had a 6 inch tuna sandwich on white bread with cucumbers, bell peppers, onions, lettuce, tomato, and mayo. This was my lunch meal on 11/21. Started feeling symptoms on 11/22. Went to a quick care on 11/23.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
