Ate a Crunchwrap and beefy 5 layer at 5pm-6pm 12/2/25 by 4 am 12/3/25 I was vomiting and had diarrhea for the next 12 hours every hour. Had to go to urgent care to get anti nausea medicine and make sure I wasn’t too dehydrated because I was not able to keep water down  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills, Headache
