My sister and I both had the triple layer nachos and a cheesy bean and rice burrito. 7 hours later, I started puking. About a half hour later, she started puking. I puked and had diarrhea for 8 hours and for her it was 11 hours so she had to go to the ER.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

Either the Crunchwrap Supreme or 5-Layer Burrito I had., I ate the food at 8pm last night and started getting indigestion symptoms (bloating, gas, diarrhea) about 3 hours later. Then, throughout the night, I got progressively more nauseous and a bad headache.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Headache, Bloating, Chills, Indigestion, Gas

Veggie power bowl with black bean rice , lettuce , tomotoes. wihtin 4-5 hours vommitng nausea. Vomitting wont stop. had to go ER to get IV and zofran extermely weakness,  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness

Ate it last night around 12a. I had no appetite the next morning and did not eat. I began to feel dizzy, so I laid down. I ate some toast and the began to vomit and have a severe case of diarrhea. The symptoms have been lasting over 12 hours now.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Loss of Appetite
