Day after eating a Supreme burrito or whatever its called now. I woke up the next morning with the worst headache I've ever had, threw up for about 3 days, then it progressed into a cold and then pneumonia.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache

Ate here at around 630 pm. Had the veggie burrito with mexi fries. Currently (about 6 hours later) experiencing nausea, vomitting, fever, chills, and an extreme burning sensation all through my abdomen.
