Ate dinner 6/18 via DoorDash, sick within a few hours. Doctor visit the next day indicated food poisoning, advised to take off work for the remainder of the week and stay hydrated, was prescribed meds for nausea and diarrhea  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Had steak filet, baked potato, green beans last night. Starting within a couple hours nausea, stomach ache, cramping, frequent stools. Next afternoon fatigue, nausea, cramping/stools continues.
