Aroogas Last time I went to Aroogas in Uncasville CT I ordered a burger medium-well and it was really undercooked. This time, it’s completely burnt on the outside and gray/separating on the inside. Very disappointed, as previous experiences had always been good.

I’d like to thank McDonalds for ignoring a customer with a bona fide complaint about their severely undercooked hamburger. The restaurant won’t ever answer their phone. So I lost money and a meal and likely a restaurant I enjoyed. Thanks!
