July 5 Lax to HOUSTON - first class - only meal available was chicken with macaroni. Within 2 hours of arriving home became violently ill: nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and fever. No excuse for this!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Flying Madrid (MAD) to Newark (EWR). Took off 11:35 AM 7/10/18. Flight UA 50. Served chicken curry during flight. Few hours later begin to feel sick. SFO to Haneda Japan on United Flight 875
I ate Fish meal after take off then Omlette breakfast both in business class. Immediately felt sick, nauseous, stomach pains, then vomiting a few hours after.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
