July 5 Lax to HOUSTON - first class - only meal available was chicken with macaroni. Within 2 hours of arriving home became violently ill: nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and fever. No excuse for this!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Flying Madrid (MAD) to Newark (EWR). Took off 11:35 AM 7/10/18. Flight UA 50. Served chicken curry during flight. Few hours later begin to feel sick. Feel terrible getting off plane and moving to connecting flight. Vomit in EWR bathroom. Still feel awful about to board connecting flight.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

SFO to Haneda Japan on United Flight 875
I ate Fish meal after take off then Omlette breakfast both in business class. Immediately felt sick, nauseous, stomach pains, then vomiting a few hours after.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
