I bought breakfast hot pockets from Carthage tn Walmart and ate one 1/09/24 and 1/10/24 and have been sick to my stomach with diarrhea and nausea since I ate them. Had some Wishbone ranch dressing with my lunch this afternoon and noticed that it had a strong vinegar smell to it and a little off tasting.
