My son and wife shared their limited edition Garlic Cheesy Chicken Parm Hoagie with some chips for dinner yesterday. A couple of hours later, both started vomiting and had diarrhea. I went and ordered it early this morning around 1am because I was hungry ordered a chicken bacon ranch quesadilla and every since I ate it I’ve been throwing up and having diarrhea none stop! It is the only thing I had eaten that day as well  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

I pick up a pepperoni and cheese and crackers they have it in one container and ate some a couple hours later I started vomiting and had diarrhea for hours still not feeling my best but it slowly going away  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Not sure 2 people. Myself and a friend. I was vomiting at 5 am till 3pm. Went to the ER and got an IV. and blood tested as well as other things. Said I had bad food. Today a friend has the same symptoms. All happened within a day or 2. 
Within the last few days  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
