Spicy chicken sandwich from here My daughter along with myself and our dog all had bites from the sandwich which we then started feeling ill within a couple hours of consuming the sandwich. All 3 of us were nauseated accompanied with vomiting and dizziness. It happened on Early afternoon 07/15/21,  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness

Fly epidemicIna and inadequate refrigeration. The inspectors saw numerous flies inside, especially around the dishwashing area, and they were landing on the countertop. No proper Cold Holding Temperatures.
