I ate 2 jr Cheeseburgers and a 4 piece nugget at noon on 5/4/2021.

Came home and ate some dinner around 8pm, then started feeling nauseous around 11pm. At midnight I felt like dying as I was shooting out of both ends for the next 5 hours.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
