Ate lunch around 2pm, bbq sausage and some beef chili (it had been labeled chicken and white bean, but was definitely a beef brisket chili.) Family had the same dinner, but they didn't get sick, I was the only one to eat the chili and the sausage. Violently ill starting at about 2am.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I began to feel ill within a couple of hours of eating. My partner ate all the same things as me except for the salad and was fine, so I know this is what did it. I could also tell from my symptoms that it was food poisoning and not just an upset stomach.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Had lunch from the salad bar 2 days ago. Diarrhea for 24 hours now and feeling weak, but no vomiting. I know it was there because my husband ate all the same foods as me for the past week except that lunch.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Other, Weakness

I ate six vegan mini blueberry muffins spanning from 10pm yesterday to 2am today. About a half hour after the last one, I heard my stomach rumble super loudly and for the next few hours had horribly painful gas. Just now, at 5AM (can't sleep) I had runny diarrhea. Seriously, Whole Foods???  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Gas

I ate at the salad bar chicken brussels sprouts potatoes mushrooms etc. 3 days back. Ate around 3-4 started to feel ill some hours latter. Started to vomit and use the bathroom non stop its still going.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
