made myself to go box from Wholefood's hot food court and ate it outside with friends ( mac and cheese, some beats spinach, , chicken) came home a few hours later, started feeling sick and throwing up and had the worst stomach pain in my life.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Made a salad form the salad bar with mix greens at 2 pm 6/1/18 and by 5pm started to be sick. That night was the sickest of my life. immediately vomiting anything I ingested. By 6/3 morning have not be able to sleep eat or drink and have lost 8 pounds. Have to cancel business travel plans.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Bought a plastic container of baby spinach yesterday from Whole Foods because my local place was closed. Had some this morning and within an hour had nausea and diarrhea. Several hours later, still sick!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

My coworker and I both ate at the hot food bar. I don't know what he had, but I had broccoli, potatoes, beans, and tofu. We both felt sick. He was nauseous, and I ended up with a fever and vomiting,  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Margherita pizza slice and Kale Cheese Walnut Salad. Got really bad food poisoning. I remember eating the slice of pizza and thinking it was an old piece/not fresh out of the oven.
