I had a 365 brand chopped salad for lunch and 6 hours later I was violently ill. Fever, stomach cramps, diarrhea and vomiting. Up all night like this and couldn't work the next day. Not cool.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps

I bought the pre-prepared tuna spread from the cold section. It cost 2.99 and was similar to a Russian salad.

I eat only one meal a day so I can definitely narrow it down to this. I spread the tuna over my ryvita and that night I had vomiting and diarrhoea.

I still have nausea 2 days later  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
