Today around 2pm I had their grilled chicken salad with ranch dressing. 20 minutes later I had severe nausea, diarrhea, cramping, hot/cold chills and sweat through my clothes. It was so bad I passed out on their bathroom floor and injured my head and nose. Had to go to Urgent Care.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Chills, Cramps, Sweating

To Go Order of Southwest Zalad with fried chicken, fried pickles, and sweet tea. The pickles were too overcooked to eat and tea was sour...which I didn't know until I was home. At that point I was too tired to go back and complain.

March 3, 2023 their chicken I contracted Guiilan Barre Syndrome due to this and was hospitalized for several days. Still have severe Neurological issues.
