The fried chicken Cobb salad with ranch dressing. The dressing was warm when I received it and thought it was from the warm chicken they place on the salad. Nope. Who knows how long it was out of the refrigerator. 30-40 mins later I was sick to my stomach.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
